Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/3 cup nut butter almond or peanut
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chopped pecans, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add nut butter and maple syrup. Stir until the mixture is sticky and uniform.
  • With wet hands, roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Place on a plate or in a storage container. Enjoy immediately, or chill in a cooler for firmer texture.
