Instructions
Melt coconut oil in a small pot over medium heat.
Add diced pears, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Cook 5–6 minutes until pears are soft.
Stir in oats, walnuts, and salt. Cook 2–3 more minutes, stirring, until the mixture is thick and oats are tender.
Let cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
