Ingredients

  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots chopped
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Lay out tortillas. Spread 2 tbsp almond butter on each.
  • Drizzle each with 1 tbsp honey.
  • Top with dried apricots and sunflower seeds.
  • Roll up tightly. Slice in half if desired. Eat on the go or pack for later.
