Ingredients

Instructions
Lightly oil your campfire grate and heat over medium campfire coals.
Toss chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Grill chicken over direct heat, turning frequently, until cooked through and charred, about 8–10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine grilled chicken, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, bacon, and lemon juice. Toss until evenly coated.

Notes
