1boxbrownie mixplus ingredients called for (usually water, oil, egg)
1cupmini marshmallows
4graham crackersbroken into pieces
1/2cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4cupneutral oilfor greasing
Instructions
Grease the skillet with oil. Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions in a bowl.
Pour batter into the skillet and smooth the top. Scatter chocolate chips over the batter.
Cover loosely with foil. Place skillet over medium campfire heat or on a grate. Rotate occasionally for even cooking.
Bake 15-18 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
Remove foil. Sprinkle marshmallows and graham cracker pieces over the top.
Return skillet to low heat and cover. Cook another 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are golden and melty.
Let cool 5 minutes before serving directly from the skillet.
Notes
