edamame in pods
thawed if frozen

tablespoons
unsalted butter
2
cloves
garlic
minced

red pepper flakes

teaspoon
sea salt
Instructions
Heat butter in cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until melted and foaming.
Add edamame pods and sauté, tossing often, for 5-6 minutes until hot and blistered in spots.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Sprinkle with sea salt and serve hot, pods and all.
Notes
Use pre-cooked edamame for rapid camp prep. Enjoy by popping beans from the pods—no utensils required!
