Ingredients

  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 liter sparkling water chilled
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add orange and lemon slices and thyme sprigs to a large pitcher or bottle.
  • Add ice and pour in chilled sparkling water.
  • Stir gently with a wooden spoon to mix and slightly bruise the thyme for more flavor.
  • Pour into camp glasses, distributing fruit and herbs to each cup. Serve immediately for peak fizz.
