Ingredients

  • 16 oz cold water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice fresh
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add chia seeds, lemon juice, orange juice, and honey to your water bottle.
  • Pour in cold water, seal, and shake vigorously.
  • Let sit 5 minutes, shaking once or twice, until seeds swell.
  • Sip slowly, chewing chia seeds for hydration and energy.
