Ingredients
1/2cupprickly pear syrupstore-bought or homemade
2cupscold water
2tablespoonslime juicefresh
2sprigsfresh sagelightly bruised
1cupice cubes
Instructions
Add prickly pear syrup and lime juice to water bottle or jug.
Drop in sage sprigs and ice. Stir or shake to combine.
Let steep for 5 minutes, then serve over more ice.
Remove sage sprigs before drinking if desired.
Notes
Pack prickly pear syrup in a leak-proof container. To keep cold, chill in a cooler or submerge the bottle in a spring or creek.
