Instructions
Poke sweet potatoes with fork several times. Wrap each tightly in foil.
Nestle in hot campfire coals. Bake, turning occasionally, 35–40 minutes until fork-tender.
Remove, carefully unwrap, and slice down the center. Fluff insides with a fork.
