Instructions
In a large bowl, toss corn, sausage, and bell pepper with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt.
Lay out two large sheets of heavy-duty foil. Divide mixture evenly and seal each packet tightly.
Place packets over hot campfire coals for 15–18 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until corn is tender and sausage is browned.
Carefully unwrap and serve hot.
Notes
