Ingredients
1canrefrigerated crescent roll dough
3tbspmelted butter
1/4cupgranulated sugar
2tspground cinnamon
1/4cupchocolate saucefor dipping (optional)
Instructions
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Unroll dough and cut into strips. Brush each strip with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
Arrange strips in a single layer on a sheet of foil. Fold up into a packet, sealing edges tightly.
Place packets on hot coals. Bake 12-15 minutes, occasionally rotating, until churros are golden and crisp.
Serve warm with chocolate sauce if desired.
