Ingredients
2cupscubed breadday-old or sturdy
1cupmixed berriesfresh or frozen
2eggseggs
1/3cupmilk
2tbspbrown sugar

Instructions
Tear off two sheets of foil. Grease with melted butter.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Divide bread and berries between the center of each foil sheet.
Pour egg mixture over each packet, then fold and crimp tightly to seal.
Place packets over hot coals and cook 20-22 minutes, flipping once, until bread is set and berries are juicy.
Open carefully (steam!) and eat right from the foil.
