Instructions
Lay out 4 squares of foil. Place a pear half, cut side up, on each.
Drizzle each with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger. Top with chopped walnuts.
Fold foil around each pear half, sealing tightly.
Place packets on hot coals or grill grate and roast for 18-20 minutes, until pears are soft and caramelized.
