3cupswater
1/2cupdried wild mushroomsporcini, shiitake, or mix
1tablespoonwhite miso paste
1inchginger rootsliced
1teaspoonsoy sauceor tamari
Instructions
Bring water and mushrooms to a gentle boil in a small pot over camp stove.
Add ginger and simmer 8 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in miso and soy sauce until dissolved.
Let steep 2 minutes, strain solids, and pour into mugs.
