Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas 8-inch
  • 1 cup sliced peaches fresh or canned, drained
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Spread cream cheese over half of each tortilla.
  • Top with sliced peaches, drizzle with maple syrup, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Fold tortillas in half to enclose filling.
  • Brush both sides with melted butter.
  • Grill over campfire grate for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  • Cut into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

Drain canned peaches well to avoid soggy quesadillas. Grill over medium heat and flip with care for best results.
