Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flaked smoked trout and cream cheese. Mash with a fork until well blended.
  • Add lemon juice, dill, horseradish, black pepper, and salt. Stir until creamy and evenly mixed.
  • Chill in a cooler for at least 15 minutes if possible. Serve with crackers, bread, or crisp veggies.
