1tbspolive oil
2tbsptahini
1tbspmaple syrup

Instructions
Lightly oil the grill grate and preheat over medium campfire heat.
Brush cut sides of peaches and plums with olive oil.
Place fruit cut side down on the hot grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until surface is deeply caramelized and fruit is warmed through. Remove and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, maple syrup, lemon juice, and salt with 1 tablespoon water until smooth and pourable.
Arrange grilled fruit on a serving platter. Drizzle with maple-tahini sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Notes
If you don’t have a bowl, shake the tahini sauce ingredients together in a small jar. Grill fruit over hot coals, not direct flames, for best caramelization. Serve warm for the best flavor.
