Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar until a smooth dough forms.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a tray.
  • Chill in a cooler or cold stream for 10 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a small pot or over hot water until smooth.
  • Dip the tops of each peanut butter ball into chocolate, then return to tray chocolate-side up.
  • Chill until chocolate is set, about 5 minutes, then enjoy.

Notes
