No-Cook Almond Joy Chia Breakfast Jars

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In each jar, combine chia seeds, cocoa powder, and almond milk. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add maple syrup and vanilla, stir again.
  • Seal and refrigerate in cooler or soak at least 3 hours until thickened.
  • Top with coconut and sliced almonds before eating.

Notes
