Ingredients

  • 1 pouch tuna 5 oz, packed in water
  • 1/2 cup canned black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup canned corn drained
  • 1 small red bell pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 pieces large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix tuna, black beans, corn, bell pepper, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chili powder until combined.
  • Spoon mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro and roll up to form wraps.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap tightly for the trail.
