Instructions
In a saucepan, whisk pumpkin, maple syrup, milk, brown sugar, and spices until smooth.
Place over medium campfire heat. Stir constantly as mixture heats and thickens, about 10-12 minutes.
Once pudding coats the back of a spoon, remove from heat. Let cool 5 minutes and serve warm or chilled.
Optional: Top with whipped cream or toasted pecans.
