One-Pot Sweet Chile Peanut Snack Noodles

Quick-cooked ramen noodles tossed in a sweet-spicy chile peanut sauce for a slurpable, energizing camp snack you can eat with chopsticks or a fork.

Ingredients

  • 1 3-oz ramen noodle block discard seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 scallion green onion thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Bring water to a boil in a small pot over the stove.
  • Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes until tender. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons water.
  • Add peanut butter, chili sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar; stir until noodles are saucy and evenly coated.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil and top with sliced green onion before serving.
