Ingredients

ramen noodle block
discard seasoning

water

peanut butter

sweet chili sauce

soy sauce

rice vinegar

sesame oil

scallion
green onion
thinly sliced
Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a small pot over the stove.
Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes until tender. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons water.
Add peanut butter, chili sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar; stir until noodles are saucy and evenly coated.
Drizzle with sesame oil and top with sliced green onion before serving.
