Ingredients
8ozbreakfast sausagepre-cooked, sliced
1zucchinidiced
1red bell pepperdiced
1/4cupyellow oniondiced
4eggs
1/4tspblack pepper
1/4tspsalt
2tbspshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cut four large sheets of heavy-duty foil.
Divide sausage, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion evenly among the foil sheets.
Crack one egg per packet over the top. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with cheese.
Fold and seal each foil packet tightly.
Place packets on campfire grate or hot coals. Cook for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Open carefully and enjoy straight from the foil.
