1/2cupunsalted buttermelted
1cupbrown sugarpacked
1egg
1/4cupmaple syrup
1tspvanilla extract
1cupall-purpose flour
1/2tspbaking powder
1/2tspsalt
3/4cupchopped walnuts
Instructions
Grease the skillet. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and egg until smooth. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until just combined.
Fold in walnuts. Spread batter in skillet.
Cover loosely with foil. Bake over medium campfire heat 18-20 minutes, rotating occasionally, until edges are set and center is golden.
Cool 5-10 minutes, slice, and serve.
