Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried mango
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (boxed or powder)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds optional for extra fuel

Instructions

  • Add freeze-dried strawberries and mango to shaker bottle.
  • Pour in coconut milk and orange juice.
  • Add chia seeds if using. Seal and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds until fruit softens and flavors blend.
  • Drink directly from bottle, or pour into mug.

Notes

Freeze-dried fruit is lightweight and ideal for the trail. Coconut milk powder reduces pack weight. Rinse your bottle soon after use to prevent stickiness.
