Ingredients
1/4cupfreeze-dried strawberries
1/4cupfreeze-dried mango
3/4cupcoconut milk (boxed or powder)
1/2cuporange juice
1teaspoonchia seedsoptional for extra fuel
Instructions
Add freeze-dried strawberries and mango to shaker bottle.
Pour in coconut milk and orange juice.
Add chia seeds if using. Seal and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds until fruit softens and flavors blend.
Drink directly from bottle, or pour into mug.
Notes
Freeze-dried fruit is lightweight and ideal for the trail. Coconut milk powder reduces pack weight. Rinse your bottle soon after use to prevent stickiness.
