Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon wildflower honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon edible flowers optional, rinsed

Instructions

  • Add cucumber slices, honey, and lemon juice to your water bottle.
  • Top with cold water, seal, and shake until honey dissolves.
  • Add edible flowers if using, and let sit 5 minutes to infuse.
  • Chill in a stream, cooler, or with ice before drinking.

Notes

Edible flowers are optional but add a delightful look and aroma. Pack honey in a small travel squeeze tube for easy dosing.
