Sunrise Ginger-Peach Camp Slushie

A refreshing, icy drink for sunrise breakfasts or midday cool-downs—ginger and ripe peach blended over ice, sweetened just enough and finished with a squeeze of lemon.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches pitted, sliced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root peeled, sliced
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh

Instructions

  • In a portable blender (or sturdy shaker), combine peaches, ginger, ice, honey, and lemon juice.
  • Blend or shake until smooth and icy.
  • Pour into cups and enjoy immediately.
  • Garnish with peach slices if desired.

Notes

For van-life or car camping, mini battery blenders make this easy. Pre-slice peaches for trail convenience. Use frozen fruit as an ice alternative.
