Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrot juice bottled or fresh
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled, sliced

  • 1 small banana optional, for creaminess
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to portable blender or shaker bottle.
  • Blend or shake vigorously until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into bottles and chill or drink immediately.
  • Keeps well in a cooler for up to 24 hours.

Notes

Use bottled carrot juice for convenience. Omit banana for a lighter, more refreshing drink. Best for van-life or car camping with blender access.
