Ingredients

  • 4 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows 10 oz
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chai spice blend or mix cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Line a small pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter in saucepan over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
  • Stir in honey, chai spice, and vanilla.
  • Pour in rice cereal and mix until evenly coated.
  • Press mixture into lined pan. Let cool 10 minutes, then cut into bars.

Notes
