Ingredients
1/2cupfresh lemon juice
2tablespoonshoneyor agave nectar
1teaspoondried culinary lavender
1cupcold water
1cupsparkling water
to garnishlemon slicesfor serving
Instructions
In a mason jar, combine honey and dried lavender with 1 tablespoon hot water. Stir to dissolve honey and infuse lavender (about 1 minute).
Add lemon juice and cold water. Stir well.
Strain out lavender through a fine mesh or cheesecloth.
Pour over ice into glasses. Top each glass with sparkling water.
Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
Notes
Rehydrate lavender in advance for stronger flavor. Chill sparkling water in cooler for best fizz. Rinse jars and strainers soon after use to prevent sticky buildup.
