Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzel twists crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup soft caramel candies unwrapped
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt

Instructions

  • Line pan with parchment paper, letting it overhang for easy removal.
  • Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  • Melt caramels and heavy cream together in a small pot or microwave until smooth, then pour over pretzel crust.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over caramel layer.
  • Chill in a cooler or fridge for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Sprinkle with coarse sea salt, then cut into bars and serve.
