Vanlife Golden Turmeric Latte

A soothing anti-inflammatory turmeric latte with ginger, cinnamon, and a pinch of black pepper—creamy, earthy, and perfect for a restful night at camp.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • pinch black pepper to activate turmeric

Instructions

  • Add almond milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, honey, and black pepper to small pot.
  • Whisk over low heat until steaming and golden (about 5-6 minutes). Do not boil.
  • Pour into mugs, froth if desired, and enjoy warm.
  • Rinse pot while still warm for easiest cleaning.

Notes

All spices can be pre-mixed at home for quick camp prep. Non-dairy milks store best in coolers. Drink warm for maximum comfort and benefits.
