Vanlife Iced Matcha Citrus Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 cup cold oat milk or dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice fresh or bottled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add matcha powder to shaker or jar. Pour in oat milk, orange juice, lime juice, and maple syrup.
  • Whisk or shake vigorously until matcha dissolves.
  • Add ice, seal, and shake again until frothy.
  • Serve immediately in glasses over more ice if desired.

Notes

Matcha packs easily for van adventures. Oat milk holds up well in a fridge or cooler. Shaker bottles make cleanup a breeze.
