Ingredients

  • 16 oz cold water
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves roughly torn
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh-squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice if available

Instructions

  • Add mint leaves, lime juice, and honey to your water bottle.
  • Pour in cold water. Shake or stir until honey dissolves.
  • Let sit 2 minutes for mint to infuse. Add ice if available and drink up.
  • Chew some mint leaves for extra refreshment.

Notes

Perfect for ultralight treks. Use mint grown at home or foraged with proper ID. Honey packs easily in single-use packets.
