Ingredients

pineapple chunks

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, toss broccoli, pineapple, and peppers with teriyaki sauce and olive oil.
Spread mixture in the center of a large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Fold and seal into a packet.
Place on hot campfire coals or grill grates. Cook for 15-18 minutes, turning once or twice, until vegetables are tender and pineapple is caramelized.
Open packet carefully (watch for steam) and serve.
