Ingredients

  • 1 pouch chunk light tuna in water 2.6 oz
  • 2 whole grain crackers single-serving packs
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lemon zest and juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, and dried dill. Mix thoroughly.
  • Divide tuna mixture into two portions and serve with whole grain crackers for scooping.
  • Enjoy immediately or seal in a container for the trail.
