Quick Campfire S’mores Nachos

All the fun of s’mores—marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers—melted together nacho-style in a skillet over the fire. A kid-friendly, shareable take on the classic camping treat.

Equipment

  • 10-inch cast iron skillet
  • Tongs

Ingredients

  • 12 graham crackers broken into pieces
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries optional

Instructions

  • Scatter graham cracker pieces in the bottom of the skillet.
  • Top with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  • Add walnuts and strawberries, if using, for extra flavor.
  • Cover the skillet with foil or a lid and place over medium campfire coals.
  • Heat for 6–8 minutes, rotating as needed, until marshmallows are gooey and chocolate is melted.
  • Serve immediately, scooping with a spoon or fingers.

Notes

Watch closely to avoid scorching the bottom. Foil cover traps heat for even melting. Great for group sharing—just pass out spoons!
