Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk from carton or can
  • 2 scoops plant-based vanilla protein powder or regular
  • 1 teaspoon chai spice blend see notes
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup cold water to thin, as needed

Instructions

  • Add coconut milk, protein powder, chai spice, almond butter, cinnamon, and maple syrup to shaker bottle.
  • Add cold water as needed for desired thickness.
  • Seal and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into bottles or drink directly from the shaker.

Notes

Pre-measure dry ingredients at home for a quick campsite shake. Use a wide-mouth bottle for easier cleaning. Chai spice: blend ground ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
