1/3cupdried banana chipsroughly chopped

Instructions
Add oats, chia seeds (if using), cinnamon, and salt to a lidded container or bowl.
Stir in chopped banana chips and half the almonds.
Pour in milk, vanilla, and honey. Mix well so all oats are moistened.
Cover and let sit for at least 5 minutes (or overnight in a cooler) until thickened. Stir again and add more milk for a looser texture if desired.
Top with remaining almonds and a few extra banana chips. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
