Ingredients

  • 2 eggs per diner
  • large green pepper(diced)
  • ham cubes(diced small or buy pre-packaged)-enough to feed your group
  • small onion (diced)
  • snap and seal baggies
  • shredded cheese
  • small flour tortillas
  • taco sauce or salsa
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Get large pot of water hot on campfire or stove.

2. While water heats dice green pepper and onion into small pieces.

3.Break 2 eggs into baggie, add green pepper,onion and ham into baggie.

4. Seal baggie and squeeze- enough to scramble the eggs.

5. Place baggie in hot water and cook until eggs are done.

6. Place in flour tortilla and add cheese and salsa.

Easy meal and virtually NO clean up.
