If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Site. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of CampRecipes.com and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include: (a) any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents; (b) any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) any derivative use of the Site or its contents; (d) any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or (e) any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

6. PRINTABLE RECIPES AND PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Recipes and related content designated as “printable” on this Site are made available solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You are authorized to print single copies of individual recipes for personal use in connection with outdoor and camp cooking activities. You are expressly prohibited from: (a) reproducing, copying, or distributing printable recipe content for commercial purposes or for any public display; (b) republishing recipe content on any website, blog, social media platform, or other digital or print medium without our prior written consent; (c) modifying or creating derivative works based on recipe content without authorization; and (d) removing any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from printed or digital copies of recipe content. Future e-book products will be governed by separate end-user license agreements provided at the time of purchase.

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

To the extent the Site offers functionality enabling you to post, upload, transmit, or otherwise submit content, including comments, reviews, photographs, or other materials (“User Content”), you hereby grant CampRecipes.com a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, display, and create derivative works from such User Content in any media format or channel now known or hereafter developed. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or control all rights in and to the User Content you submit; (b) all User Content is accurate; (c) use of the User Content you supply does not violate these Terms; and (d) the User Content will not cause injury to any person or entity. YOU AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND CAMPRECIPES.COM ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration, or to enforce a validly rendered arbitration award.

21. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SITE AND TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will endeavor to provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the revised Terms on the Site with an updated effective date. In any such event, CampRecipes.com shall use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

24. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. A waiver of any breach or default under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
