Ingredients
- 1 c buckwheat flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp dry milk
- 1 Tbsp dry egg powder
- 1 tsp butter or oil
Instructions
At home:
Mix all dry ingredients and store in a ziplock bag.
At camp:
Add 3/4 c of water to 1 c of the mix. Stir to blend.
Heat 1 tsp butter or oil in frying pan and fry.
