Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce package of yellow rice
  • 1 pound of ground sausage
  • Hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 (11 or 15 oz) can Ranch style beans, drained

Instructions

Cook rice according to package directions. Break up the sausage into small chunks in a frying pan. Fry the sausage until it is no longer pink. In a large bowl, combine the rice and the cooked sausage. Stir well and serve. Let each person add hot pepper sauce if desired.
