Ingredients
- 1 1/2 LB ground beef
- 3/4 c crackers broken up fine
- 1 large onion
- 1 egg
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 6-8 potatoes cut in half
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and put in a small aluminum pan
Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil and place around the small pan
Place in Dutch oven
Bake 1 hour covered
375 degrees=15 coals top & 6 coals bottom
Rotate 1/4 turn oven and then rotate just the lid 1/4 turn in the opposite direction
Rotate every 10-15 minutes
