Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon margarine, softened
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite pie filling (ie. cherry pie filling or bleuberry or peach)

Instructions

Spread margarine on one slice of bread. Place buttered side out in pie iron. Spread pie filling on other piece of bread. Close pie iron and remove excess bread from edges. Place in medium coals for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
