Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 green bell pepper, cubed
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 or 2 baking potatoes, cubed
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine eggs and beef in a large bowl. Add olive oil to dutch oven and fry the beef until it is browned. Add the BBQ sauce and bacon. Add potatoes, garlic, onion, and pepper cubes. Stir and cook until beef is well done.
