Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sweet or hot italian sausage
  • 6 long italian rolls
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 tbs butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cut peppers and onion into long, slender pieces and place in foil packet with butter, salt, and pepper.

Place sausage and foil packet containing veggies on grill over medium heat and cook for about 10-15 minutes on each side.

Toast rolls on grill if desired and serve…enjoy!
