Ingredients

  • ground beef
  • onions
  • carrots
  • potatoes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Divide beef into patties.

Slice veggies thickly. Place a full onion slice on the bottom of a piece of foil to be made into a pouch. Put pattie on top of onion add salt and pepper to taste.

Form the packet and place carrots and potatoes on top of the pattie. Seal the packet and place near the fire to cook or on top of grate over fire. Make sure not to let it burn!
