Ingredients

  • Slices of your favorite bread
  • egg
  • milk
  • jam
  • sugar
  • butter

Instructions

Sandwich 2 slices of bread together with a generous filling of jam.

Dip into batter made from milk and egg.

Fry in hot butter until golden brown.

Sprinkle with sugar and serve immediately.
